Every time we travel to Monterrey, NL we stay at Antaris Cintermex hotel which is across the street from Fundidora park. We love the location, and we are here celebrating the World Cup events. This is the best place in town.

Considering never returning again

Imagine walking through Fundidora on an average day in Monterrey with almost 40° and returning to your room and it being HOT AND HUMID because the air conditioning does not work. You resign yourself and try to sleep but the air conditioning makes the sheets feel damp. I do not have to imagine it because it is what happened. Starting with a remote room, without a minibar, where the air conditioning does not work and if you ask to change rooms they tell you that you have to pay the difference of almost 8 thousand pesos or they charge it to the employees. Really disappointing. I hope they do something about it because otherwise they will be left with complaints and bad reviews. For my part, I am seriously considering not returning I had liked the hotel a lot on previous occasions, but after this visit, I will recommend to my acquaintances that they do not stay there. And I recommend to those who read this that they consider other options.
Oh, and the shower glass was dirty.

Air conditioning in our room did not work well, after telling the hotel staff to check our ac in the room it still didn’t work… room was extremely hot especially during this hot weather… we check out at 6 am because we couldn’t tolerate or rest in our room … NEVER staying there again especially because it was an expensive room

I was there to attend to a concert in Parque Fundidora, the location is fantastic, the hotel is not in its best condition but it is ok, the room service from BEKE is ashtonished, as well as eating there. The gym needs attention as well as the carpets all over the hotel. The Staff was kind and helpful in every moment. The Pool was out of service I really regret that.

Location was great but the upkeep of the rooms was below standard. Leaking roofs, missing amenities and the property as a whole needs a re-fresh. Staff was excellent, and made our stay pleasant.
