I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—within walking distance to main attractions, and the surrounding streets felt safe and easy to explore. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. WiFi also worked reliably.
The only downside was weekend noise from a nearby bar playing music late into the night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Overall, still a solid stay and I would consider returning.

Loud disco next door

We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast is good, rooms are very small and tight. There is a disco/ night club right next to the hotel which plays very loud boom boom boom music until at least 3 am in the night. It was so loud that the walls and the beds vibrate. Choose a different hotel !

The hotel seems higher quality than it is.

Rating: 2/5 stars
The location of the hotel made the stay somewhat bearable, but unfortunately that is the only real plus point.
The room was very small and had no window, which made it feel stuffy. Furthermore, there was no ventilation and no mini-fridge. The bathroom was old and equipped with a sliding door that offers no privacy whatsoever. In addition, a fan was missing, and the toilet flush worked only unreliably.
The nights were particularly disappointing: Due to a nightclub right next to the hotel, it was extremely loud until the early morning hours. In addition, there were hotel guests who were noisy in the hallways at night and returned to their rooms shouting. Getting a restful night's sleep was out of the question.
The hotel looks much higher quality in the photos than it actually is. Unfortunately, the good location cannot compensate for the numerous shortcomings.

Good small hotel

Lovely hotel in the centre of Oaxaca. Very comfy and clean. Water station downstairs. Decent breakfast.
