A beautiful Riad in the centre of the Madina
We enjoyed the place so much! We couldn’t help but took a lot of photos! The place is located in the heart of the madina, easy to find and the staffs are so helpful. The room looks exactly how it’s on the pictures, vibrant colour with detailed decoy! Would definitely come back to visit!

The worst experience of all my travels
It was the worst experience I had, because they didn't give me a solution to the power outage they had and they didn't return my money; I felt robbed even when I moved to another Airbnb the same day

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify several important points for the benefit of future guests.
The power outage you experienced was an area-wide electricity failure and was not specific to your room. All guests at the Riad were affected, including by the loss of air conditioning. The outage was entirely outside our control and was resolved after you had left the Riad.
Regarding your cancellation and refund, we did not refuse to help or keep your money without taking action. We repeatedly explained that, under Airbnb's procedure, the cancellation and refund request had to be made through Airbnb Support. When you told us that you were unable to reach Support by phone, we suggested contacting them through Airbnb's chat instead.
We also sent you several follow-up messages and reminders explaining how to contact Airbnb Support and request the cancellation and refund. These messages remained unread for several days. Several days after you had left the Riad, you finally contacted Airbnb Support successfully. We then cooperated with Airbnb and were able to have your refund processed.
We would also like to address your comment regarding the location. Riad MarrakChill is located in the historic Medina of Marrakech, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Medina is a pedestrian environment characterized by its historic streets, traditional souks and centuries-old architecture. This is precisely what attracts many visitors to stay in a riad and experience the atmosphere of the old city. As with any historic Medina, the environment is very different from a modern residential or hotel district, and guests should take this into consideration when choosing their accommodation.
Throughout this situation, our team made repeated efforts to assist you and explain the appropriate procedure, despite the communication difficulties. We regret that an unforeseen area-wide power outage affected your first night, but we believe we acted in good faith, remained available to assist you, and ultimately cooperated with Airbnb to ensure that your refund was processed.
We sincerely wish you more enjoyable experiences on your future travels.

Beautiful Riad blue Majorelle
Beautiful Riad, which comes out of the classic Riad, the Mood , the colors do good to the look, the decoration is top!
It is located 5 min from the souks , in a dead end that may seem intimidating. For the record, there's a small place. 5 min where the taxi can drop you off. The staff is very attentive and responsive

Luxury, calm and blue voluptuousness
Sublime blue Riad nestled in a typical area 10 minutes walk from the main attractions and good restaurants of the city:-)

My stay at Riad MarrakChill was absolutely wonderful. The riad is beautiful, calm, and perfectly located within walking distance of many key attractions in Marrakech. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and I especially want to thank Ali, the manager, for being so attentive and making sure everything was just right. One of the highlights was the evening jacuzzi—such a relaxing way to unwind under the stars. I also treated myself to a hammam and massage, and Fouzia, the therapist, was amazing—professional, gentle, and made the whole experience unforgettable. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere of the riad felt like a peaceful retreat from the busy Medina. I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. It was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and Moroccan charm. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
