Extremely disappointing housing

Our experience at the Riad Arabkech was extremely disappointing.
Assigned room not appearing on the ad, we received another room the next day after requesting it. This new room was disastrous: sanitary in a catastrophic state, mold, taps in a very advanced state and so on.
Then the room was not clean, carpet very dirty, hanging with stains but also very uncomfortable bedding, containing supplies and stains on the sheets. The famous double bed advertised which are 2 single beds. Then we continue to fall from above. Almost all the services advertised are non-existent!! Restaurant in the ad, reality none. Traditional breakfast, reality breakfast without flavor and industrial. Payment by card possible, requires only cash. Daily cleaning, 1 visit over 5 days. And to top it all off, a large group is present at the same time as us, we report that they make a lot of noise but the only answer was “they fill the Riad at least”
In short, a disaster from A to Z, the opinions are sometimes only showcase but once inside it is something else.

Avoid - dirty riad.

Very dirty Riad. Shower had mould all over , there was ants in every corner of the riad.
Bed sheets were ripped and had a lot of hair on pillows and sheets.
Would not recommend.

Riad very central with exceptional staff.

We stayed in this central Riad for 3 nights.
The room had all the comforts. The guys who managed the structure were all extremely helpful and kind, ready to satisfy us in our every request (from booking a driver to and from the airport, picking us up at the point where the driver left us, up to satisfying our requests for breakfast).
The always different and varied breakfast was served on the terrace.
What about... we had a really great time.
In addition, the Riad is well connected to the center 2 min from the souks, 5 min from the Ben Youssef Medrasa and 10 from the main square.

Phenomenal

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place quiet and also nice, nicely decorated; the breakfast all great and freshly made. Maybe the bathroom could be improved because the shower slipped. We had a hard time finding him the first day because he's kind of hiding.
