Riad dar assou

The place is pretty, the host is very very nice smiling welcome and very available at all hours!!
We served tea at any time, the breakfast room was very nice and comfortable
The air conditioning in the room was a big plus
The beds on the other hand was not comfortable, we slept properly because we were very tired but the comfort was not there.
Apart from that everything was great!!
Thank you very much to Youssef for his excellent Welcoming!! Keep smiling you are awesome!! Thank you very much for this wonderful moment!

Scam

Here is what we call a nice scam...it is a riad all dilapidated that should simply be closed.
Already we are in a very noisy street day and night.
We arrive at 1:30 am the welcome is very decent except that our room has no heating [11°c in the room] the walls are damp and smells like cat urine... we realize the next day the state of this place. Everything is watched not repaired .....we are promised that it will be better already yes the heating is there but for the rest it is the same humidity mold mattress dirty cockroaches ...but no smell of urine of cats.....we left and we are currently in procedure with booking to get refunded
Flee this place the photos you see on the sites do not represent reality

Run from this riad

To begin with, when we arrived at the Riyadh, my soul fell to the ground only to think that I had reserved for two days because what I was seeing left me desolate as well as angry. First we were lowered to a room on the floor below, dirty and full of moisture and asked to be changed. But each one worse. In the second room the surprise of the bathroom awaited us. You could do your own things while showering, but the worst part was that it flooded and the next morning there was still the same water.
The pictures that appear from the riad are not at all true, breakfast also leaves much to be desired, the night we arrived they were watching football with which you could not rest, and etc.
All this forced us to book another place and when I submitted my complaint to Booking.com it is canceled by the accommodation because according to them they have no check-in record.

Double face

First 2 nights, booking by external provider, all good and all requests satisfied. Second slot of 3 nights one week later, with direct agreement with riad, bad surprises were waiting for us. Basic requests as A/C, private toilets in the room no satis but the same price has been payed.

Family friendly riad and the best host in Marrakech

Our host Youssef is one of the nicest people we have ever met! He was very welcoming and funny. He was always happy to help and was very kind. The riad is very close to the main square, and everything is 15 minutes away walking. He made our stay in Marrakech a lot more fun and special.
