Inappropriate statements staff, security, cleanliness, especially for children.

I stayed here twice, once three years ago and here with family. The staff, the cleanliness, the security, everyone just matches the one star review of this hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is terrible. The area around the poolside restaurant is filled with dirt, trash and leftover. The waiters never had a glance to the customers but brisk walk through the area, unlike, for example Hotel G’s Babett Eatery, whose waiters need a look from the customer to get them in 15 seconds.
The security is unsuitable to be trusted with anyone, especially kids. My little 5-year old kid went to the stair beside the pool and accidentally placed a slide. Around 10:30-11:00 AM September 3rd, the security staff beside the bar near the pool The security rushed to the place and said no slides can be placed. As I was telling the kid to put it away, he came beside, and grabbed the shoe from the kid’s hand, thus frightening the kid away. I got in between and took my kid’s hand and pulled him away from the guard.
Those security who cared a kid’s slide did not dare to make middle aged men with beer cans, food, cigarettes inside and beside the pool go away. How pathetic. I told these to the information manager, Nyein Ma Ma kyaw who said she would help these issues solved as soon as the authorized person arrived back from vacation. I hope she would do the same as her words.
Overall, the place is for people who haven’t been to any hotels.

The trash cans are broken, and the lid still has dust. The toilets in the bathroom are very old, and the shower sprinklers are leaking. Online booking is still a bit inconvenient, the system takes a long time to check in.

Dirty Hotel

Although they have spacious rooms, swimmimg pool and kids playground, the hotel rooms are quite dirty and seems like they didn't do any cleaning at all.
Worst points
1. Cleaniness and hygyne issue.
2. No WiFi accessable from the rooms.
3. Not much choice for food
4. Customer service is lousy.
You can see stains everywhere.

Very bad! Never Come back again

This hotel is really terrible.Don't waste your time and money here. Staff are not professional and bad service. There is out of water. I took my shower with toilet water . You can see alot of bud on the bed sheet. Very dirty! Never come back again!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD MONEY HERE

Bad management, unhelpful staff, lousy service.
Rooms seem nice but always missing something if you pay close attention to details, dysfunctional toilet lock being the most obvious.
Dinner leftover plates from previous customers that were taken out from the room were left in the hallway for more than by the housekeeping. Smells terrible not to be mentioned.
Spend your money somewhere else rather than this hellhole.
