Nice stay

Cute place! The exceptional location to arrive in the center in 10 minutes. The staff is very kind. The

The parking meter is active from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. On Sundays until Monday at 12:00 PM, it is free in the center you eat well and find many Italians in the restaurant business,

We stayed at Casa Julia during the heat wave and the AC was a life saver.
Has good breakfast options and staff was friendly and accommodating.

No cleaning during the stay and no "surprise gift" delivered

Cozy hotel, excellent choice if you need to stay close to the TU Delft. The room size was small, but enough for a single occupancy, and the hotel is staffed for a limited time during the day. I arrived at 9 pm, they managed to remotely open the front door to me, and the room was unlocked, with the key inside. I stayed for 4 days, and I put the "Everything is fine" card only during the first 2 nights. Even those the room received no cleaning for the whole stay. There is a clear sentence inside the room: " SIMPLY HANG THE "EVERYTHING IS FINE" DOOR HANGER IN YOUR DOOR, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SKIP HOSEKEEPING FOR A DAY, AND OUR HOUSEKEEPING TEAM WILL LEAVE YOU A SMALL SURPRISE".
By the end I got none housekeeping nor any "surprise" in my room during the whole stay.

A Great Stay!

We spent six nights at Casa Julia, in a junior suite with a spacious and comfortable living area/kitchenette. Its location in a quiet suburb of Delft was perfect as a base to discover the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

A really delightful hotel that was clean, well-placed, and very quiet, with its own private patio that you can hang out in 24 hours a day. Love this place.
