Reasonable

The staff at the Pousada is very kind. The guesthouse is quite simple. The water doesn't heat too much. The bed is comfortable. It's a simple guesthouse. 10-15 min walk from Plaza Mayo. If the water was hotter, it would be much better.

Average our stay

The location, although a bit far from the center, is good. Customer service is good but not excellent. The rooms are quite comfortable, but they really need to improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I stayed in two rooms, and the bathroom walls had a lot of mold. It is a shame that they do not put their best effort into something so important. I hope they improve it for the sake of other customers.

Horrifying ordeal

To begin with they have no heating with the cold q was inside the room finish asthma, the hot water takes time to come out, drunk people knock on the front door very hard so that they open pq the hotel closes the doors, all that fuss is heard in the rooms, there is no variety of drinks at breakfast, they give you breakfast in cup saucers, they have no place of sales of soft drinks or juices only water. The bedrooms do not have any Service. They have no secure room to leave luggage, they leave it in the living room so anyone has access to your luggage. They don't have a computer room. Anyway I don't come back maa or recommend anyone to come.

Not the best and far from the center

We didn’t like the constant noise at all hours, either from guests who go on tour in the early morning or who enter after parties. It should be noted that the front door closes at 11 p.m.
The rooms that touched us were not completely clean: in one we found the bathroom used and with a gummy hair from the previous guest and in another the toilet was dirty.
They don't have a safe either.

BAD, BEWARE OF LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL

I do not recommend the hotel. Their channels of communication are unclear. My experience: I made a reservation through a platform more than a month in advance, they sent me confirmation mail, I even had communication via whatsapp with the hotel and on the day of my arrival they send me a message indicating that they canceled my reservation that I had not reconfirmed my stay through the mail (I must mention that this email said confirmed reservation, but did not specify that we repeat the reservation and offered transportation from the airport to the hotel) a very confident and pregnant one. NOT RECOMMENDED!
