Rude behavior of the hotel staff
Very bad. They have bad customer service. The front office guy is very rude.
He is insisting that we have the missing phone of one of the guest. The phone went missing around 6 am we heard it inside our capsule that there is a commotion outside during that time. Around 7 am all went clear. We went to bathroom and at around 9am. We are good to go. We went to front desk to check out. The officer didnt ask any about missing item. All is well until around 11:30 am i received a phone call from the front office of this hotel telling we stole the phone. They are insisting we had it. I told them to check the cctv. Another call went thru. Telling we have the phone. They are hassing us without any evidence they have. They dont even bother to check the cctv.
