Really good hostel for the weekends

We arrived at 2.30 am and it was really pleasured that there was a welcoming girl who meet us, explained everything and it was amazing that she knew Russian))) The hostel is enough clean, good showers, clean toilets and even a kitchen with a tea and coffee (coffee machine) for the gests. We had a room for two people - the spacious clean room with a balcony. The only thing that we didn't like - the walls are thin and very good audibility and we heard amazing sounds of snoring from our neighbour all the night... So don't forget your earplugs...
The bad was good but for us it was not so wide enough - I think it was about 140cm. The pillows were too much thin, but for a few nights it not so big problem.
The hostel is in 5 minutes walk to the bus and train stops so you can easly get enywhere you wish. But if you prefer to walk - you can get to the center of the city in about 15 minutes.
In summary I can deffinetly recommend this hostel and I will recommend it to my friends.

Avoid at all costs!!

Worst experience of my life in a hotel, great staff but the rooms are dirty as well as the toilets and bathroom. Upon entering the room, we smelled a strong cigarette odor, the sheets were not cleaned, everything was dirty with hairs, and traces that made us want to vomit. After 20 minutes, we decided to leave the hotel because it was unlivable. For an additional $10, you can find much better hotels ($35 for this hotel and $45 for others that are far superior). In short, never set foot there.

Run away

My jacket got stolen and they didn't do anything about it.
If u got stolen, there is no way to see camera records, which proves that one of them has stolen u.
I don't recommend this hostel at all for anyone.
It's crowded, smell bad, dirty and the customer service is so lazy and not helpful

Good stay

I stayed here whilst in Katowice and the location is centrally located and close to restaurants etc and the train station as well as other stores, it's easy to get to from airport and room was basic but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice room, convenient location

Location is perfect, just a few minutes from the railway station. We had a double-bed room, quite large but with no wardrobe. There are several WCs and bathrooms on the large hallway, rather than a big bathroom as in most hostels.
