Very good restaurant

We were there only to restaurant. The food was amazing! Traditional one, recommended by the staff! We liked the food very tasty and well prepared. The view from restaurant is wonderfull! Probably is better in the summer! You can see all the city including Deva fortress.

Always happy !!!

Good food, warm hosts beautiful panoramic views....
You're not overrun, but you're not lonely. Must be especially beautiful in the summer, too, of everyone at night in the clear sky... well, I don't remember. It should be enough. I'm sure I'll drive it again.

Unbelievably welcoming.

Absolutely wonderful.
We have never felt so welcome.
Fabulous location; great room and such nice people.
Only a short visit but we could not have made it a better experience. Everyone was so positive, so attentive and so friendly.
The view of Deva Fortress was astounding with the premises perched above the lovely town.
Our room was very well appointed. Tastefully decorated, spacious and clean.
I am sure we will visit more often.

Stunning views, good food, cosy stay

The perfect spot for a scenic view, Hanu lu Mos Opinca has been the best place I stayed in for years in Romania. As a Romanian who has been living in the UK for 12 years and has travelled Europe quite a bit, I can tell you that this small, cosy hotel has been one of the best experiences in terms of value and views. From the patio, where you can eat all your meals through the day, you get to see the hill that towers over the valley below, and the medieval fortress dominating the landscape. The orchard on the slope descending from the hotel patio also offers a great space form reading or just chilling with a nice cool drink.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the food here - breakfast was included, and we had dinner twice on the porch at the side of the hotel where you get that stunning view. It was also great value for money!
