Bon rapport qualité-prix, mais...
Bien positionné, propre, soigné, rien à dire sur la chambre et l'hotel même. Par contre, les touristes étrangers ne doivent pas être fréquents, au vu de l'accueil reçu .... Les standards touristiques minimes en fait d'amabilité ne sont peut-être pas partagés avec le reste de l'Europe ? Dommage, ça ne donne pas une bonne impression. Quand on séjourne dans un hôtel, l'humain est aussi important que l'aspect logistique. Le réceptionniste est l'ambassadeur de l'hôtel et un petit effort dans ce sens serait à envisager ?

Impolite staff but clean rooms, close to the city centre
Rooms are clean, well kept and modern, good price value. (The hifi system in the shower did not work, but that obviously did not cause huge problems). Air conditioning was working well, cable TV as well.
City centre was quite near, around 2 minutes by car.
Receptionist was impolite and unkind, did not even say 'Hello' when we stepped in at first, he immediately asked for my ID, without saying a word first. He spoke reasonably good English and answered all our questions, but could work a lot more on his attitude towards tourists!
Breakfast was very basic, at a 3 star hotel you would expect a bit more and a higher level of service in the canteen (poor illumination, old tables and chairs,not so attractive way of serving the food).
