Terrible experience. Don't recommend!
Very disappointing, they are not professional at all. I spoke to the lady at reception about leaving the car for a few hours after checkout and she said it was okay. But when I left the courtyard, the car's bumper got caught on the posts at the entrance gate and broke. The courtyard is 60 cm higher than the street level, but there was no one at the reception to help me get the car out without damaging it. When I complained, they said they were sorry but that they had forgotten to tell me that I had to drive around the house and not straight out of the parking lot. It cost me €300 to repair the car for one night only which cost 60 eur. I am still waiting for compensation but don't imagine I will get anything. They promised me 50 eur if I take down my bad review from booking but I said no.
