Very good choice
Second time I go back to these apartments and again I came out super satisfied. Apartments with everything you need close by and even if you are close to the party area, you can not hear anything. Large swimming pool, large gardens and walking area. Paddle courts. Without hesitation a very good option to spend a holiday in Benidorm.

DISGUSTING RUDE HOST
AVOID IT IS A NIGHTMARE!
day before we arrive at the apartments we were asked to fill in some forms with details of each guest of which we were told the police require for each occupant . Fair enough request so we sent these as asked via email , well in advance also we were asked for the 200 deposit to be available when we arrived at the appt , fair enough …we had it all ready … after a flight from hell we arrived at the property after 8pm due to delays , we were at the gates and no one there to meet us , we called the number and a woman who was very very rude just kept shouting a word in foreign we started explaining we needed the key to the appt and she hung up , in the mean time a caretaker came to the gate and let us in , poor man was so helpful even tho he could speak no English he tried ringing someone to see who could get us the key , 15 mins layer am old woman in a scooter pulled up and started shouting forms are not done so we showed her on the email we had sent them she would not have it kept saying no no no receive so we said we would send them as a screen shot on WhatsApp she then said no no no receive so we at this point had no clue what was happening she then told us to follow her into a dreary looking building and into a lift to the 22 nd floor . She sat at the table and demanded the 200 euros so we said card payment she started shouting no no no cash and just say there with her arms folded and then started typing into google translate , at this point we were all very upset and even said we would pay to go stay elsewhere , my mate then remembered she had 150 euros in cash in her bag but then the woman said you give me that and I take 20 euros off and give you back at the end for late arrival . All very underhanded and dodgy . We had nothing but problems in the room , no lights working ,broke toilet no clean towels . Dirty sheets poos stains on walls , don’t stay here at your own peril

22E is a great spot
We stayed in 22E and it was great. Incredible views of the city. Beautifully decorated inside and very spacious. Kitchen area was great to have.
The pool area could really do with some sunbeds however. The shutters would also bang at night.

Unbeatable quality price and exquisite attention. A pleasure to deal with such wonderful people. From the beginning to the end there was no lack of detail even more than expected. The location is perfect and the views couldn't be better. A dream

Great apartment
Apartment clean spacious comfy def great shower all appliances you need for self catering. Great position 5 minutes to lots of bars and restaurants. The Nepali around the corner is excellent. Quick check in but 10/15 minutes walk away. Not good at night with suitcases and my walking stick so got a taxi 5 euros. I would definitely stay again and probably will
