Amazing

I was there this week stayed there for 2 days I wanted to extend my holiday forgive my forgetfulness I forgot the guys name manager and berto very helpful and can’t do enough for you rooms are clean staff is very friendly I will definetly be back to this hotel and very central in OldTown do not hesitate to go there u wont be disappointed

Everything was very good
Very close to the beach, everything was very new, and the attention at reception, dining room, and from the cleaning staff was excellent.
We went as a family with two rooms and both were very good.
Totally recommendable.

RH Sol hotel stay

Great location near to the beach and restaurants Hotel is spotless Staff are great.The only downfall was the lift from the street was not working As my wife as walking difficulties it was a struggle to get into the hotel with the steps this needs to be put right,Other wise a lovely hotel

We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the street-level lift being out of service, especially considering your wife's walking difficulties. We completely understand how this may have affected your stay.
We are pleased to inform you that the issue has now been fully resolved and the lift is operating normally again. The temporary closure was necessary due to a major technical fault, and the decision to keep it out of service was made solely to guarantee the safety of our guests until the repairs had been completed and all safety checks had been carried out.
Thank you for your understanding regarding this unforeseen situation. We are very pleased to know that, despite this inconvenience, you had a lovely stay with us.

Family vacation.

This is the second year we are going, and the truth is that the treatment received from the staff (reception, cafeteria, dining room) is exceptional. They are attentive to make us feel at home and like family. We will definitely return.
