Stay here
Second time visiting. And just as happy as last time. The location is perfect. Short way to stores, restaurants and of course the beach. There is even a lovely restaurant in the same building.
The view from our apartment (3B) is amazing. Full ocean view from the balcony.
The staff is lovely. Just ask if you need anything. You can also get your laundry done there for a small fee.
There is lots of information in the reception about things to do and markets in the area.
I will higly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cala Millor.

훌륭한 위치, 아파트는 적당하지만 문제가 거의 없음
해변, 상점, 레스토랑과 가까운 훌륭한 위치. 덥고 답답한 아파트, 밖은 더 시원함(아래 레스토랑 주방에서 열이 상승할 수도 있음) . 천장 선풍기가 부적절합니다. 독일 위성 TV만 시청할 수 있었고 Wi-Fi 신호가 좋지 않았습니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔하지만 몇 가지 사소한 유지 관리 문제, 찬장 문, 느슨한 변기 시트가 있습니다. 교통 체증으로 인해 외부가 시끄럽고 아래 레스토랑으로 야간 배달/쓰레기 처리가 이루어집니다. 우리는 돌아오지 않을 것이지만 이 위치에서 휴가를 즐겼습니다. 우리는 발코니에 앉아 더 시원한 공기 속에서 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다!

NEED TO HAVE AIR CON INSTALLED
Having not been to Majorca for 7 years we decided to book to return to Cala Millor. Our usual apartments were not contactable so I started to look elsewhere. We contacted Apts Arcadia, as we had stayed here in 1999 and knew the location was perfect, right on the sea front.
There is a very busy bar/restaurant (Sa Caleta) underneath the apartments and noise can sometimes be an issue, however the cars with big exhausts and motorcycles made greater noise to be honest. We were lucky to have flamenco display and group on stage during our stay, so we had a great view to watch.
The apartments are basic but clean and spacious. They have a free safe. We were in apartment 3B which had doors to a front balcony and 2 doors onto the side balcony, which when all were open, provided at least a little thru’ draught. There are ceiling fans however they really aren’t up to much and so we ended up purchasing 3 box fans (€19.90 in Carrefour in Sa Coma) which were a Godsend altho’ at night, we struggled massively with the heat. The apartments would really benefit from air conditioning. This is the only reason why we wouldn’t return, that and the fact that I really missed having a pool, especially when the dreaded thick black seaweed came onto the beach, sadly not cleaned away this year. Nice sun beds that were in other apartments would have been nice for our side balcony for sunbathing in comfort, I guess I could have asked but didn’t want to cause a problem.
Our sheets were changed once during our stay, I feel we would have benefitted from them being changed more frequently, especially as were in the middle of a heatwave! Towels I believe were changed 3 times, again this could have been done more frequently.
Eva who manages the bookings is in reception evenings 19.00 - 21.00 Mon to Fri and was very helpful and efficient.

Vue mer fantastique et bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien pour deux !
Nous rentrons tout juste de Mallorca où nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement Arcadia 3C (3 pour 3ème étage, mais avec ascenseur). Les photos ne mentent pas : la vue sur la mer est superbe, la "petite" plage est juste en dessous et la grande à droite à 50 mètres. L'appartement est propre et suffisamment équipé pour un couple (pour 4 personnes, la vaisselle serait trop juste). Le service est presque hôtelier : linges de bain et de cuisine changée 3 fois pendant notre séjour de 14 jours, draps changés au 7ème jour. Accueil en anglais agréable, clair et détaillé. Ménage de fin de séjour compris. Formalités simples de départ : le gestionnaire vous fait confiance. Vous laissez vos clés à l'intérieur, vous fermez la porte derrière vous et vous partez presque quand vous le voulez : pas d'état des lieux. A vous d'être raisonnable et de rendre l'appartement dans un état raisonnable et de remplacer la vaisselle cassée si c'est le cas.
A savoir cependant pour ceux qui ont des difficultés à supporter la chaleur : les appartements ne sont pas climatisés. Fin aout, début septembre, il a fait chaud, très chaud, la température n'est jamais descendu en dessous de 25°C, même la nuit. Les 3 grands ventilateurs présents dans la pièce de vie et dans la chambre ont du mal à fournir une sensation de fraicheur la nuit pour dormir. Du coup, pour respirer un peu, vous dormez obligatoirement la fenêtre ouverte. Et là, si vous êtes sensible aux nuisances sonores, vous aurez quelques difficultés à vous endormir, entre le restaurant au niveau 0 jusqu'à minuit/1 heure du matin (raisonnablement bruyant cependant), le bruit incessant des vagues (mais qui finit pas vous bercer), et quelques huluberlus avinés qui passent sur le remblais piéton en beuglant.
L'appartement est exposé Est-Sud : dès le matin, le soleil donne sur le balcon et les fenêtres. Le parasol est obligatoire dès le matin pour prendre son petit déj car il y fait chaud très rapidement. Mais, en dehors de cette chaleur exceptionnelle, manger sur le balcon ou se reposer sur les bains de soleil avec une telle vue fait oublier le désagrément.
Commerces, supérettes, shopping, bars, restaurants à proximité immédiate (rue commerçante piétonnière de plus d'un kilomètre).
Côté prix, c'est un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix que nous ayons trouvé tardivement sur Mallorca.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist top, sauber,freundlich eingerichtet und Terrasse mit frontalem Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten Wohnung 2C. Eva, die Empfangsdame ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können jedem die Wohnung weiter empfehlen
