Isolated Eco-Friendly Cabins—Highlight is the Food!
This small resort only has three cabins and is about a mile outside Zubiri along the Camino de Santiago. The cabin is nice enough and eco-friendly, plenty of room, nice bed, a pretty good find in a small village in Navarre.
They cook on site vegetarian meals for dinner and breakfast. Dinner included fabulous gazpacho, vegetables over cous cous, and panda cotta—the best meal we’ve had in a week in France and Spain. A great find!
Oh, and the view was spectacular—we ate outside on the patio to the sounds of the birds singing.
