I really enjoyed the place. It was clean, I had space and the when the sun was shining I could use the gallery with a look at Sierra Nevada. Breakfast was very good

The air conditioning does not work.

The air conditioning was not working, we were moved three times to different rooms, and the temperature was unbearable.
Finally, we were moved to a different hotel.

Zero privacy.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the room is not too bad, although I do not like having the bathroom door at the foot of the bed.
It could be saved if it were not for the complete lack of soundproofing.
Our room faced a schoolyard, and it was open until 8 PM.
With the windows closed, it felt like we were playing with the children.
But this was not the worst part.
I traveled alone with my 13-year-old daughter and I am grateful that she has a deep sleep, because it seemed like I was having a threesome with the people in the next room.
I believe that in hostels where the beds are separated by a curtain, there is more privacy than here.
The experience was horrible and of course, I could not rest during the two nights I stayed.
My conclusion is that it is not worth what is paid for this hotel, not by a long shot.

Estimada Clienta: Me alegro que el hotel y su estancia con nosotros haya sido de su agrado por todo lo que comenta.El hotel es un lugar tranquilo y silencioso e intentamos que los clientes respeten el descanso del resto de los clientes aún así si usted nos hubiera comentado su incidencia le habríamos dado una solución inmediatamente.Nuestras habitaciones están diseñadas para ofrecer tranquilidad y aunque pueden estar cerca de un colegio , el aislamiento acústico cumple con los estándares para garantizar el descanso de nuestros clientes. Espero que la próxima vez que venga a Granada vuelva a alojarse con nosotros. Un saludo La dirección

very average and disappointing - not worth the ratings

very average home and bad advice (we were refused to rent a room yet still available, to impose a more expensive room) - no parking available contrary to what is advertised (in summary when you arrive, we advise you to manage, in a city where parking is very problematic) - establishment finally very far walk from places of interest - hotel very very very noisy - soulless decoration and very cold: in short do not trust the notes of rental sites or other, it is not worth them
