10/10 Excellent!

10/10 A perfect family stay! Our family stayed at the hotel the night of July 5th to 6th.
The service at the front desk was excellent and we were able to check in with our children before the usual time, something we really appreciated, given the heat. They offered us an upgraded room.
The family room was very spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything necessary for us and the children. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable in every corner, something we value very much when traveling with minors. The breakfast deserves a special mention: fantastic and very complete! There was a great variety of fresh, high-quality products for all tastes. Without a doubt, a totally recommendable hotel for traveling with family. We will definitely be back!

Terrible.

There was dust in the room from a long time ago since there were lint balls, they were hanging from the ceiling, and behind the TV. In the kettle there were dried herbs and dirt inside. They didn't clean the bathroom since I left a hair and it was there during the entire stay. The breakfast was very repetitive, as it was always the same. The only good thing was the location, and although the staff was pleasant, they didn't pay attention when we mentioned the dust while showing them photos.

Very spacious family room

A hotel with all the amenities. Spacious room with a two-meter double bed. Spacious bathroom and good cleanliness.

A great, comfortable stay within walking distance to much of the city center

Don't overlook this property! Very comfortable, spacious rooms with effective air conditioning during some very hot days in Granada. Great service from the staff, good variety at breakfast, and within walking distance to much of the city's attractions. Gustavo was helpful throughout our stay, and the man at breakfast was very friendly, as was housekeeping staff. Keep up the great work!

Basic hotel, they only give you one morning of coffee regardless how long you are there. Lengthy walk to most attractions but good sized room and clean
