Comfortable Clean Overnight Stop if you are on a car trip
Interesting concept for those driving. self checkin with your car ( but we had help) the garage door opens and also one at your room. prive into your personal garage and them close the dorr and walk up the stairs to your room. Its a very nice room with a spa and lovely bed - but no refrigerator :-( . THey have great room service from a corridor that runs behind all the rooms. Great if you dont have teh need to go out and walk around. Its in a commercial area so car is needed to get there and to go out to stretch your legs and explore in any case. We would stay again but we were only there to sleep and have a bite.

Awful! I will never return luxury rooms sell... really that a scam €150 a night to disgust me being there super dirty care nefarious everything broken... after booking a whole week trying to fix me a mistake from them when booking...

Si reservas con unas condiciones, y no puedes venir no es problema nuestro que no aceptes venir en otra fecha cuando no puedes cancelar sin gastos.

Smoke screen
Everything perfect until I pay for a room that on the web puts the price from 186€ costs me 270€ one night only... Then I arrive at the room and it is not as reflected on the web, the day before I asked them to change me to another room because I was disturbed by the noise of the road, they do not put me in trouble, but with the latter they do not let me even change, they want to make me pay a cancellation that I have not asked, then they tell me that I have to pay every night, that it happens in another room and that they do not return anything.
I’m left with a more expensive room in the motel, which is not like on the web, as they don’t let me, besides hurting myself, go back to the room before, which costs half as much. Finally I propose to return to the room before, and keep them with 130€ (the difference)....
We call management and try to sell the bike, I have always recommended this motel, but apparently there are businesses that do not improve, if not worsen.

Subject: Complaint about bad room experience Daikiri Sol
Hello,
I am contacting you to convey my discomfort and make a formal complaint about the experience we had recently when staying in the Daikiri Sol room, for which we paid 150€, expecting a pleasant and quality stay.
Before entering the room, we met two female workers right at the entrance, which surprised us, considering that the concept of this place is based on total privacy and avoiding face-to-face contact with the workers. This already seemed out of place, and even more so because I have been to this site three times and, honestly, this time has not been up to scratch.
As soon as we arrived, we started filling the hot tub and saw that it was completely dirty: full of dust, hairs that were not ours (red, for more detail) and quite sloppy in general. Commenting on it, we were told that the cleaner could come in, but insisted that we did not find it suitable because of the lack of privacy. Out of respect for our privacy, we decided to clean it ourselves, although it was not our place.
Later, we received a reception call saying that in the morning they had been fixing some of the water and that perhaps that was why it had happened. But honestly, that doesn’t justify anything: what was in the bathtub was dust and hair, something that has absolutely nothing to do with water. It was just dirt.
One of the lights wasn't working, we said it and they said they'd let the maintenance guy know. They basically told us they'd tell us something now... and we didn't hear back. We were a little dark.
We asked for a bucket and two glasses: they brought us a bucket in which there is almost nothing, with four ices and no tongs, and the glasses directly did not bring them. We had to call back.
The room, in general, was somewhat dirty, and after discussing all these problems, we were not given any real solution.
Finally, regarding the cardboard that is sealed at reception, we forgot to seal it, and I have the feeling that this is done on purpose, that it is left unsealed to pass us. I've been there more times and never sealed it, would it be possible to do it now? Honestly, if this kind of situation is not resolved, I do not think we will return in the future.
I have trusted this site several times and all great, but this time the experience has been disappointing. I would like to receive some solution or compensation, since as a regular customer I did not expect this level of service.

You don’t pay 24H, you enter at 16:00, already having time to clean, unless there are bread crumbs down the stairs, dead nut flies, and from our hot tub leaked water on the floor and filled our room with water.
The garage was slow to open and close leaving the car uncovered, apart we called reception and you had to go back up 25 steps because they did not listen and call again, but if they saw you on the cameras as we looked if they closed or not...
It seems in our case that they were laughing at us.
I went 5 years ago and I speak forcefully, this did not happen to me 5 years ago, and if you have updated your way of working, it leaves much to be desired.
