A true retreat
This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. Alex the host is very attentive and has worked hard to ensure that everything in the appartment is of the highest quality . The beds are very comfortable ,the TV's and choice of programmed excellent .chairs ,umbrellas to take to the beach ,everything you will ever need has been provided.
We stayed for 5 weeks ,we love the area ,its quiet ,15 minutes walk to tauro beach and 35 to amadores .Both beaches brilliant and very different from each other.
You can walk up into the mountains from the appartment so take decent shoes because the scenery is incredible .
We cannot praise villa Gisele enough !!!

A perfect retreat
Firstly I will say we stayed here for 6 weeks so our holiday needs were very different from anyone staying for a week or 2.
The accommodation was excellent ,everything has been thought through ,the mattresses were divine ,the electric shutters meant we had superb sleep .the kitchen had everything and more, the barbie was a godsend I cannot praise Alex enough .
The accommodation is out of the way, we did hire a car for a short time but for us the buses were amazing ,very easy for example puerto de mogan * a must see " was 15 mins and about £4 for us both, on the bus, yet the day we took the car ,we had all the stress and cost of parking.
If you are happy with a mile walk the tauro beach is fabulous, one for the locals ,great rustic bar ,choppy seas and gorgeous sand .a Mile and half away you have in our opinion best beach on island amordoras beach ,lots of beach bars and shops ,golden sands turquoise sea ,calm great for families and swimming .
The local restaurant is also lovely .
If you want to be in the centre of it all .there is an amazing coastal walk to puerto rico, takes an hour door to door, nice to visit ,good supermarkets and shops there .taxi trip back £5 . Too overcrowded for us
.if you want a party destination and want to be in the centre of all the actions don't stay at villa Gisele but ...
if you want to have a truly relaxing holiday in great comfort, great sleep ,fantastic beaches to walk to ,I cannot recommend more, we have booked again for next year !!!!!
