Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The early check-in fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full nightly rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night. Please note that the room excludes electricity usage which will be charged at 7 THB per unit. The amount will vary depending on number of bedrooms used and whether or not Air-conditioning is turned off or left on when not in the rooms. Normal usage should be under THB 2,500 per day with full occupancy. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of THB 51,000 is required on arrival.
