A quality stay

I’ve been coming to Cepha’s Inn for more than 10 years, I’ve seen it grow year after year.
Definitely one of the hotels where they offer a lot of attention to the customer.
The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff attentive and professional. The restaurant offers good food, hearty breakfast. Great location. I will continue to go to this hotel.

Always a good hotel

I don't count the times I've been in this hotel anymore, every year they build a new building, however the rooms are always clean, the welcome always attentive and warm, good price compared to the service, great restaurant. Unfortunately, the wait for food remains high, but in Uganda it is back to normal.

Disappointing service experience, This facility though nice in appearance but something is wrong somewhere.

On our trip to western region, we decided to have an evening time out at this facility but it ticked the boxes that we had made a wrong choice, the staff seem as if they are under no management as they attend to guests in an i don't care fashion.
As new people in a place we reached at the reception to be guided, the desk was vacant and there no one around, finally we decided to sit in the gardens it took 20 minutes of wait for service person to come and attend to us ,getting another drink needed patience and alarm bells, when visited the sauna hygiene was for 1 star facility, wet body wrappers thrown on the floor, empty tea cups here and there . To cut the story short, i regretted why i brought my fellows to this place.
There must be management problems according to the level of negligence almost everywhere.

Always an excellent level

Hotel always lives up to expectations, always warm welcome, catering has significantly improved, large and always clean rooms.
This hotel is now a fixed stop during missions in Uganda.
Price commensurate with the offer. I will be back again next year.

We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. After we spoke to our manage magically a deluxe suite opened up and we had the room we paid for. The hot water in the shower latest less than 5 minutes and the mattress was basically a box spring with no padding at all. Not being dramatic, the worst $126 stay I’ve ever had across the world.
