저는 개인적으로 궁금해 하고 영어로 대화하기가 아주 좋은 것도 도와주고 싶. 그들은 나를 위해 택시를 타고 주문한 시간이 필요할 때, 그들은 좋은 아침 식사, 방은 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
저는 마음에 들지 않은 욕실에 있는 사운드의 경우 해당 전기를 켠 조명이 편안하지 않고, 하지만 그냥 세부 정보.

NOT SO MUCH ATTRACTIVE
The hotel is very far from the center.
If you're with car its about 30 minute minimum to center. The beds are usually separat- need to verify that!!!
Price of the bar in the room- like 4 star hotel.
The price for espresso and other things very expensive!!!!!!
It's better to walk 5 minute near there is some high level coffee in 50% price and very good restaurant in normal price.
If you want to enjoy in Odessa it's better to get hotel near the center.
I don't think that I will be back to this hotel.

Nice stay
This Hotel is small, but with really nice Service. The Location is not so suitable for tourists, but for me it was good. The Service there is excellent. The employees doing there utmost to fullfil the wishes of the guests. The Food in the small Restaurant is delicious and quite cheap.
For breakfast you have six menus for chosing.
The rooms are clean and the Suite is really nice. Internet is working in the rooms and it is for free.
Thanks for a perfect stay. I will come back in March.

Empty promises, extraordinarily poor service.
We have spent a weekend at that hotel, and when booking we confirmed that they had WiFi and onsite parking. On arrival we first noticed that there is no dedicated parking and the parking in front of the hotel is public and a bit of a hit and miss. We then also noticed that the WiFi in our room (33) was not working. When asking at reception, the receptionist was not very friendly and completely unwilling to help, saying that some rooms have it, some don't and the signal is a bit temperamental. She didn't offer us another room or similar or try to help in any way.
The rooms themselves were clean, but the double bed had two mattresses on it which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the cleaners turned off the air conditioning when it was 38 degrees outside, so that we came back into a sauna each time and had to wait for about an hour for the room to cool down.
I would not use this hotel again, they clearly need to learn how to provide good customer service!

Great hotel
Facilities were very nice....bar/restaurant were very nice and had western style foods as well as Ukrainian. Great location....able to walk to internet cafe and Mc Donalds. I never did find the pool they touted...not sure what was up with that. The room was very clean and the electricity and water were both on any time I needed them. I was there as a female alone and I felt very safe there.
