Enjoyed my stay!
Stayed at this hotel for four nights. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The reception and restaurant staff were all polite, prompt and professional. The room was large and comfortable. Everything worked fine. The WiFi was not available in my room, but was available in the centre part of the hotel. The breakfast was from a menu of four items, and were all good. The location is walkable to the centre of Uzhorod. The location is quiet and I did not hear much street noise in the evening. I would stay here again.

Dirty and uncomfortable
Old mattress, room full of mosquitos, bathroom and the room itself full of spider nets and dust, will never come to this hotel again

Visit without pleasure...
We (I and my wife) arrived Uzhgorod on 31 Decembre 2015, evening (abot 20-00). We were going to celebrate New Year in this city. First of all, we wanted to put ourselves in order after a long journey and to prepare for celebration NY.
The first problem arised, when we with other guests took the elevator - it can to lift up only 2 person. Of course, in that moment, we didn't worry about it. The next surprise was "better" - the hot water was absent in our shower and the heating system didn't function in our room. Say by true, not only in our room - in all hotell. The weather wasn't warm - usually, temperature in Uzhgorod in winter is several degrees below zero. In that year it was -12. It was really cold.
We decided not go to central square of Uzhgorod , where had to be the main celebration, we decided to stay at hotel, to turn on a kettle, to make hot tea and to watch TV. But...TV also didn't function...
The main problem was - nobody could'nt help us. All staff also wanted to celebrate a NY, so they went home earlier.
In common, this hotel is not bad and it is possible to explane this situation very easy. In Novemer-Decembre, there are not so many tourists, may be no tourists in common. So, theris'nt reason to make function heating system, boiler with hot water etc. On Decembre 31, some couples, like us, appeare from time to time. Unfortunately, the staff not always is preparing...

Good location ! Clean Big Rooms !
I stayed there solo In suite room . It was nice and huge . Room service was prompt and good . Very sophisticated and well mannered staff . Even the money exchange rate was same as in Center . Food delivered for breakfast and snacks was tasty . On the whole a wonderful experience . Walking distance to Center and gym .

The anti record over past 5 years
It was surprisingly the worst hotel I've stayed in over last 5 years. And I travel a lot.
1. No hot water
2. The hose in the bath was so short that I had to knee down to wash my head with cold water.
3. Empty mini-bar. I had to drink tap water at night.
4. No wi-Fi over three days.
5. I had to take the new key-room every day.
6. The breakfast room opens only at 08:00 and the food is delivered not earlier than 08:30.
7. The conditioner in the room was not working properly.
As a plus the staff was very polite and willing to help.
But of course, I will never again stay in this hotel.
