Would 1000% come again
I would highly recommend this guest house. We stayed for two nights. The sandalwood suite was immaculate, so comfortable and very beautiful. Sam was a lovely host who made us feel welcome and relaxed. We arrived to a little cake to welcome us. Breakfast was lovely. Everything, including the hot tub was thoroughly clean. The view is also stunning. We would 100% return on our next trip.

Tucked away in a little hamlet, this delightful guest house is a gem of a find. Everything is well maintained, beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was as good as it gets, all personally served at the table in the large modern kitchen diner. The staff were kind, helpful and with a good degree of local knowledge. There is a hot tub in the garden and just steps away from the local pub which serves good food. We have no hesitation in saying you will be very happy to stay there. We are in our late 70's and have travelled the world from the Waldorf Astoria in New York to The Banana Hostel in Haikou. This place is in our top two.

A great bed and breakfast . Peaceful, relaxing and really helpful owners
Meadowview sits in the middle of Wighton Village, about 10 minutes drive from Wells by the sea. It is a charming bed and breakfast, with a large garden and hot tub. Downstairs is a large kitchen diner, where guests have breakfast. The kitchen overlooks the garden with double doors leading to a outside patio
Breakfast choices are excellent and include fruit juices, cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Then you can have a large cooked breakfast or choose from things such as scrambled or poached eggs, salmon, kippers etc. When we were there guest could choose to eat breakfast in the garden. Sam the owner and her Mother were friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
There are several bedrooms. We had a twin with a very large ensuite. On arrival there was cake in our room. Plus tea and coffee.
We went during the heatwave. Despite a large fan the bedroom was very hot which made sleeping difficult, even with the windows open.
In the village there is a pub and within a few minutes walk there is a regular bus service going towards Wells on the sea or Sheringham

A Fabulous gem in quiet Countryside yet very close to the coast
Only stayed one night (for the second time) but again we were made very welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated with soft cushions on the bed, home made cake to welcome you, a well stocked tea & coffee tray with biscuits, fresh cooled water, mits nd fresh milk in a mini fridge just outside the room.
Nice quality complimentary toiletries along with soft towels, lashings of hot water and good pressure make showering a real pleasure.
Situated in a beautiful quiet village near the North Norfolk coast with stunning buildings and local church all set in a peaceful pastoral idyll. A great pub next door (Carpenters Arms - fab food but book first as gets busy - very handy when you have spent the day at the beach or just don’t want to venture far. We didn’t hear any noise whatsoever from the pub later in the evening.
Guests at Meadow View can make full use of the garden that overlooks meadows and woodland - there are seating areas and a hot tub and towels are provided.
Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order with an excellent variety of cereals and jams as well as variations on the full English depending on your appetite.
Be warned - you won’t want to leave! Sam does everything possible to ensure you enjoy your stay

It would be difficult to better our experience!
Wonderful place to stay with a warm welcome, and homely atmosphere. Large guest lounge with views to the pretty garden and hot tub, all spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated bedroom with comfy single beds and everything you could possibly need. Spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower, plentiful towels, toiletries and bathrobes. An excellent choice of food at breakfast from a large menu served with a smile. Free strong Wi-fi throughout the house.
Great location being just a few miles from the coast.
Would certainly return for another short break
