For all reservations a copy of the credit card front & back is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as pet fee, late arrival fee , reservation extension or damaged deposit. A photo of your government issued identification and a selfie with Identification is required to be provided to the check in host remotely at least 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to check in. All long-term reservations over 30 days will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement and credit authorization form and background check. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
