Excellent, spotlessly clean. Friendliness and friendliness reign supreme. Well served, near the Tiburtina station, a stone's throw from via Tiburtina, covered parking space. Excellent area for shopping and good food. Recommended. We will definitely be back

For the first time I had to pay in advance upon arrival.
After the first night they didn't make up the room and to conclude the last day we were without hot water.
The breakfast at the bar is very poor, especially if you are used to a varied and savory breakfast. In this case breakfast should not be included in the stay.
For the rest, clean room, equipped with all comforts and the convenience of always having coffee and herbal teas available,
improves my opinion sufficient in itself. Good location for reaching every place thanks to the proximity of the station

Il 4 dicembre sono venuta a Roma per una Laurea....appena sono entrata dentro ambiente molto caldo,molto accogliente,con molta tranquillità,molto pulito,servizio ottimo...mi sentivo a casa...ci tornerei di nuovo..e lo consiglio a molti.

Soluzione ottimale per chi viene a Roma in bus. Vicinissimo alla stazione tiburtina questa struttura offre camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Colazione nel bar convenzionato ottima. Prezzo nella norma

In occasione di una laurea ci siamo recati a Roma e cercavamo un b&b in zona tiburtina, questo affittacamere è la soluzione ideale : pulito, nuovissimo,arredato con gusto,vicino alla stazione Tiburtina dove con metro o autobus arrivi in centro in poche fermate,parcheggio facile da trovare,gestore simpatico e disponibile,colazione compresa da consumare al bar vicino. Direi che ci tornerei subito. Davvero CONSIGLIATISSIMO
